You will find that MadlyLiving Bed and Breakfast is like no other to which you’ve been. For lack of better words - "bed and breakfast" - we are as much a Wellness Respite. Because at MadlyLiving, it really is very much ABOUT YOU – the quality of your being, hence, the quality of your stay with us.
Balance
"Living Life" and "Living Well" are the center of our mission for living - "MadlyLiving." We've learned that doing so requires "balance" in our lives. Candice Camille often refers to life balance as, "The Stability Limbs of Life " - to include, for each our Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Financial and our Passions & Dreams - ideally, all working in conjunction. Though before we can strengthen our "limbs," we have to figure out how and what IN US makes them work - together! It's apart of our purpose; our life's work, but first, we have to go inside ourselves to find SELF!
Fitness
As you know, though some level of physical fitness is key, it’s not all about “the burn,” but more "the base" – the strength – of OUR limbs. Most importantly, finding perhaps what is blocking our goals, finding what motivates us, individually, finding and harnessing our each distinctive assets – OUR POWER – letting go of the old burdensome piles and relearning our new and uplifting lifestyle – the one that fits into "ME!" And so, fitness is key!

Below are some of the Life Balance Packages offered at MadlyLiving:
Morning Flow – $10/person - Group Morning Wellness Session - Held inside in the Great Room or, weather permitting, outside in the backyard, to include a one (1) hour Morning Stretch - gentle, relaxing, meditative movements to get your day flowing. (5 person minimum, charges vary depending on seleted programs and services). Non-Refundable $50 Deposit required.
Personal Training – $50/hour – This program is built around YOU - to include an initial consultation to discuss your needs. We will development a nutrtitional plan that works for you - your height, your weight, your lifestyle and your goals. We'll talk about your eating habits and ways to begin or stay on the path of eating "to live!" We will devise a realistic plan of action to ease phsyical fitness into your everyday life. We'll discuss ways to have fun with fitness. You will learn to enjoy it when and wherever you go! You will also learn that health and wellness is a lifestyle; not something you do for now or to just lose weight, but more, "who you become!" You will begin a new or improved lifestyle of "Fun with Fitness." Non-Refundable six (6) week minimum required.

Wellness Consultation – $25/hour - Your initial consultation will include a discussion of your fitness lifestyle your ideal weight, your goals for living, where you want to get to and a nutritional and physical fitness plan of action. The Initial Consultation Fee is waived, if you sign up for a six weeks' personal training session. Non-Refundable two (2) hour minimum required.
Fling...With Fitness! – $Varies - Your Jumpstart to Fitness! We encourage you to come out each year to get a refresher blast and get motivated to have Fun With Fitness! A 4-hour Interactive Wellness Workshop held annually in March, to include health, Fitness and General Wellness Instructions. We'll begin the session with an introduction, including course materials and a Q&A session. We'll then start some gentle stretching movements, on to a demonstration of healty food, including a healthy cooking and fresh fruit and vegetable juicing demonstration. We'll reb it up with some examples of fun-filled physical fitness training, which could include for example, anything from a physical workout to belly dancing and hoola hoops, then we'll bring it down with yoga and meditation, and at the end of the session, leave you feeling enlightened, empowered and full-filled - having had "A Brief Fling...With Fitness!"
Motivational Speaking – $Honorariums Accepted – Candice Camille, an EPNET Legacy Awardee for Health & Fitness, having given a truly moving and empowering speech - to the Women of Prince George's - entitled, "GET OFF THE FENCE!" - powerful, purposeful and historical chronicles of "Making A Decision" and "Defying The Odds!" Candice takes you through her personal life's trials, denials, triumphs and successes, in her "in-your-face" message of, "Make A Decision! You cannot live by your circumstances! But rather, Learn from it!" Until you do, you cannot and will not move forward in your life. "So, take back the control - of Your Life!"
