ROOM RATES
Our Current Standard Rates - $159 to $249 - are based on double-occupancy (except the MadlyLiving Room sleeps 4), vary depending on rate specials, time of year, length of stay and/or requested services. The Standard Rates do not include taxes & surcharges and are subject to change.
VENUE PRICING
Tailor your special gathering to include an overnight stay and the venue is complimentary - up to 10 overnight guests:
Venue ONLY Rental - Weekdays
The venue pricing starts at $250/hour, as follows:
- $550 (up to 3 hour minimum)
- $250/hour (up to 4 hours)
- $1350 All Day Workshop (8 hours)
- $100/hour each additional hour
- Deposit of half required

The venue pricing for 8 Hour Workshop, as follows:
- $1350 All Day Workshop - Weekdays, seats up to 10, no other inclusions, breakfast, add'l table/chair rental available
- $2000 All Day Workshop - Weekends, including Continental Breakfast, seats up to 20 guests
- $1750 All Day Workshop WITH Full-House Room Rental, includes Full Breakfast
- $100/hour each additional hour
- Deposit of half required

The venue is complimentary with a full-house rental ($750/Night - 10 overnight guests)
