Venue With Full House Overnight Stay

 -  No Outside Guests - $750/Night - with a full-house (4 Guest Rooms, 5 Queen Beds, 

    up to 5-10 overnight guests), venue is complimentary.  No additional charge (with NO Outside Guests). 

 

-  With Outside Guests - $1250* ($750/Night All Guest Rooms + $500 Venue Rental) - with 

    full-house (4 Guest Rooms, 5 Queen Beds up to 5-10 overnight guests), venue charge is $500 for

   a maximium 50 guests for an event.  A 50% OFF Savings on Venue!

 

 

Overnight Stay Only 

-  No Outside Guests - $750/Night All Guest Rooms - Include Full House (4 Guest Rooms, 5 Queen

    Beds, accommodating up to 5-10 guests); Venue is complimentary for only those guests staying

    overnight.  In other words, if you are having a party, there is no additional venue charge, if only the

    guests staying overnight are attending. 

 

*Along with a signed contract, a $500 Non-Refundable Deposit is due to reserve the event date.
